Terms of Service

Last updated: September 5, 2026

1. The service

Ship Payback audits UPS and FedEx carrier billing (via billing CSVs or read-only access you provide) to identify overcharges and billing errors, and files refund or credit claims with the carriers on your behalf. We charge no upfront fee. We are compensated solely by a contingency fee equal to 50% of the money actually recovered to your account.

2. No recovery, no fee

If we recover nothing, you owe us nothing beyond any third-party claim-filing costs we disclose in advance. Our 50% fee applies only to amounts successfully credited to your carrier account from claims we filed.

3. What you provide

You provide access to the data needed for the audit: your carrier billing CSVs, or read-only access to your UPS/FedEx billing portal, and related tracking information. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete data. We use this data only to perform the audit and file the claims, and we handle it consistent with our Privacy Policy.

4. No legal or carrier-guarantee advice

We perform billing audits using the carriers' published service guarantees and billing rules. We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Carrier refund policies, claim windows, and exclusions may change; we apply the terms in effect at the time a claim is filed.

5. Limitations

While we aim for accuracy and zero errors, we do not warrant that every recoverable error will be identified or that any particular claim will be approved by a carrier. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you actually paid us, if any.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version posted on this page at the time you engage the service applies. Contact [email protected] with any questions.
